Communication

• We ask that all communication must be conducted via email only. Messages sent through Instagram or other platforms will be redirected to email.

 

Design Approval

• Once a sketch is approved, the design is final. No changes may be made after approval.

 

Measurements, Sizing & Production

• Costumes are created exactly to the measurements provided. If asked, we can add room for growth, do not add in your own room for growth in measurements. Please measure carefully.

• Production begins once measurements are received.

• Minor adjustments after delivery should be handled by a local seamstress at the customer’s expense.

• If a costume drastically does not fit, email clear photos of the issue.

• Approved fixes are subject to a $20 adjustment fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

 

Delivery Timeline

• The delivery month selected on your order form is the month your costume will be delivered.

• While we do our best to meet specific dates, timelines may shift due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Client Conduct

• We reserve the right to discontinue communication or services if a client is disrespectful or inappropriate.

• By submitting payment, approving your design, and providing measurements, you agree to these policies.
